What happens if I stop paying?

Your archive stays readable forever, even on the free tier. Paid features (AI tools, extra storage, additional rooms) are paused until you resubscribe. We never delete your data because a payment lapsed.

Can I export everything?

One click gives you a full GEDCOM export of your tree plus a ZIP of every photo, voice note, and document you’ve uploaded. Your data is always yours.

Does AI train on my data?

Never. Every AI feature is opt-in, triggered per action. We do not use your family stories, photos, or voice recordings to train any model. Period.

How many people on the free plan?

The free tier supports up to 100 people on your tree, one family room, and 500 MB of media storage. That’s enough for most families to get started and decide if they want more.

Do you support GEDCOM?

Yes — both import and export are built in. Upload an existing GEDCOM file to populate your tree instantly, and export one anytime to take your data elsewhere.

Who can I invite to a room?

Anyone with an email address. They don’t need a paid plan — invited members get free access to the rooms you share with them. You control who’s in and who’s out.

Can I cancel anytime?
